Today I've decided to share with you a new word that recently made a special appearance in my daily life: eponym.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai décidé de partager avec vous un nouveau mot qui a récemment fait une apparition spéciale dans ma vie quotidienne : éponyme.
I have no idea why this variety was named Ladyburn 1974 - I can only assume the eponym is a fan of malt Scotch whisky, but the Ladyburn distillery was closed in 1975 or 76!
Je ne sais pas pourquoi cette variété a été nommée Ladyburn 1974, je ne peux que supposer que celui qui a donné le nom est un fan de whisky écossais, mais la distillerie Ladyburn a fermé en 1975 ou 76 !
